Kitchen Staff – Pub Kitchen Team (Dun Laoghaire)

About the role

Join the kitchen team at The Forty Foot pub in Dun Laoghaire. You will work alongside a friendly crew to prepare and cook a variety of dishes while keeping the kitchen running smoothly. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the required specifications.
• Operate kitchen stations such as grills, fryers and microwaves.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout the shift.
• Rotate stock, store food safely and assist with inventory control.
• Clean work areas and complete full kitchen clean‑downs at the end of each shift.
• Follow food allergen and health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and team‑oriented.
• Calm under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn and adapt to flexible shift patterns.
• Available for mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.
