Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to Wagamama’s standards, using fresh ingredients and no microwaves or heat lamps.
- Maintain a clean, organized work station and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and basic kitchen prep tasks.
Required profile
- Passion for fresh, high‑quality food and a desire to learn new cooking techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a buzzing, high‑energy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.
