About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Team Members to join Sprout’s vibrant restaurant environment. Whether you prefer full‑time or part‑time hours, you will work side‑by‑side with our kitchen crew to deliver fresh, flavorful dishes that keep our guests coming back.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all food‑safety protocols and maintain the highest hygiene standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitize equipment, and manage allergen controls.
• Prepare ingredients according to prep sheets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Assist the Kitchen Leader with stock checks, rotation, and overall kitchen operations.
• Support the service line during busy periods, stepping in wherever needed.

Required profile

• Passion for fresh, seasonal food and a keen eye for detail.
• Curious mindset with a desire to learn and improve continuously.
• Positive attitude, reliable and organized, with good English communication skills.
• Team‑player who enjoys the fast‑paced restaurant atmosphere.

Required skills

• Basic knife skills and ability to work safely with kitchen tools.
• Understanding of food safety and allergen handling procedures.
