Key responsibilities

• Follow food safety protocols and ensure all dishes meet the highest safety standards.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen and keep all equipment sanitised.
• Identify allergens and prepare dishes safely for all customers.
• Work with prep sheets to ensure accurate, consistent preparation.
• Focus on flavour and presentation, delivering dishes that taste as good as they look.
• Know the menu, ingredients and standard operating procedures inside out.
• Assist the Kitchen Leader with stock checks, rotation and overall kitchen operations.
• Step in wherever needed during busy periods to support the service line.

Required profile

• Passionate about food and seasonal ingredients.
• Curious and eager to learn new kitchen techniques.
• Positive, value‑driven work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Enjoy the buzz of a restaurant and teamwork.
• Good level of English to follow instructions and communicate with colleagues.

Required skills

• Knife skills – comfortable handling a chopping board and basic cuts.
• Attention to detail in portion sizes and plating.
• Basic food‑safety knowledge and ability to follow SOPs.
