Kitchen Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join Sprout’s kitchen, where fresh, seasonal dishes are prepared daily. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting food safety, hygiene and flavour while developing your culinary skills.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all food safety protocols and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen, sanitising equipment and work surfaces.
• Handle allergens correctly and ensure safe preparation for all customers.
• Prepare ingredients according to prep sheets and recipe specifications.
• Deliver dishes with consistent taste and presentation.
• Support the Kitchen Leader with stock checks, rotation and inventory control.
• Assist during busy periods by covering service lines and performing any needed tasks.

Required profile

• Passion for food and interest in fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Curious and eager to learn new kitchen techniques.
• Positive work ethic, reliable and organized.
• Good level of English to follow instructions and communicate with the team.
• Team‑player who enjoys the restaurant atmosphere.

Required skills

• Basic knife handling and willingness to develop chopping skills.
• Attention to detail for portion sizes and plating.
