Law Enforcement Response Specialist, EMEA – Trust & Safety

About the role

The Law Enforcement Response Team (LERT) within our Trust & Safety organization is looking for a specialist to handle time‑sensitive user data and preservation requests from law enforcement across the EEA and UK. You will work with cross‑functional partners to protect user privacy, ensure compliance with evolving European regulations, and maintain a safe online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and respond to user data and preservation requests from law enforcement while safeguarding user privacy.
• Process requests in line with the Digital Services Act, e‑Evidence Regulation, internal SOPs, and law‑enforcement guidelines.
• Monitor the implementation of the e‑Evidence Regulation and adapt internal workflows for compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, product, and external partners on user safety, data privacy, and disclosure issues.
• Maintain high operational quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Collect and analyse request data to improve processes and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Draft internal documentation, workflows, and procedures related to user safety and data disclosure.
• Handle sensitive content such as child exploitation, graphic violence, and self‑injury.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a law‑enforcement response or similar role.
• Experience retrieving and formatting data using internal tools.
• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical, organisational, and time‑management abilities.
