As a Law Enforcement Response Specialist fluent in Hindi, you will work at the intersection of law and technology, handling legal demands and inquiries from law enforcement agencies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Review, prioritize, and respond to incoming legal and law‑enforcement requests, including urgent and emergency items, in line with compliance policies.
• Execute data preservation and disclosure workflows accurately, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Identify complex cases and collaborate with internal teams, senior management, and legal counsel to resolve issues.
• Support onboarding of new team members, conduct quality‑control reviews, and provide feedback to optimise workflows.
• Maintain clear, secure, and professional communication with law‑enforcement authorities and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in legal studies, criminal justice, compliance, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional stakeholder management.
• Outstanding attention to detail, strong problem‑solving abilities, and capacity to process complex data accurately.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proven integrity handling highly sensitive, confidential information with sound judgment.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new internal systems.
