About the role

Exclusive Networks is seeking a creative storyteller to join its Global Learning & Development team. You will transform complex cybersecurity concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences that empower employees across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality learning content in multiple formats, including eLearning modules, video‑based learning, workshops, facilitator guides, toolkits, playbooks, presentations, and digital resources.
• Collaborate closely with subject‑matter experts to turn technical topics into clear, learner‑focused experiences.
• Leverage modern learning technologies, multimedia tools, and AI‑enabled approaches to improve engagement, accessibility, and scalability.
• Manage learning libraries and digital assets, ensuring content remains accurate, relevant, and easily accessible.
• Use learner feedback and analytics to continuously enhance the effectiveness of learning programmes.
• Develop reusable templates, frameworks, and design standards to increase consistency and efficiency.

Required profile
