Learning and Employee Capability Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Learning and Employee Capability Coordinator to join our People team. This role focuses on delivering HR‑related training, supporting manager development, and coordinating learning initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver HR‑related learning and development programmes.
• Facilitate training for managers on people management, performance, employee relations, communication and leadership.
• Manage day‑to‑day administration and backend functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Oversee onboarding, compliance, leadership and professional development programmes.
• Source, evaluate and partner with external learning providers, universities and professional bodies.
• Support managers in identifying team learning needs and build capability‑building relationships.
• Monitor participation, engagement and effectiveness of training, producing KPI and analytics reports.
• Contribute to broader People team initiatives focused on employee engagement and organisational capability.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR or employee capability roles.
• Proven track record of delivering HR‑related training and workshops.
• Strong passion for learning, development and helping managers grow.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• LMS administration and management.
• HR reporting and training analytics.
