Learning & Development Partner

About the role

The Learning & Development Partner works closely with leaders, the People team and external delivery partners to coordinate, track and evaluate learning programmes across multiple sites. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) ensures the learning function runs smoothly through strong programme coordination and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for leaders, HR Business Partners and external providers on all learning matters.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day programme logistics – scheduling, nominations, participant communications, attendance tracking and supplier follow‑up.
• Manage administrative tasks such as chasing attendance, collating reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Transform learning data into dashboards and reports that highlight successes, gaps and priorities for leadership.
• Use feedback and performance data to refine programme design and delivery.
• Support the creation of learning materials and toolkits alongside external facilitators.
• Identify digital skill gaps and help drive adoption of new tools and systems.

Required profile

• Working towards or holding a recognised HR or L&D qualification.
• Broad, generalist experience in Learning & Development.
• Highly organised with a passion for detailed administrative work.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end learning programmes.
• Ability to analyse feedback and data to improve learning outcomes.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for delivery, tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across all organisational levels.
• Coaching or profiling accreditation is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary range €55,000 – €65,000 per year
