Learning & Development Programme Lead (18‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join a leading professional services organisation as a Learning & Development Programme Lead on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. You will own the design, delivery and continuous improvement of a portfolio of professional development and onboarding programmes for legal and business services professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver structured development programmes, ensuring they are on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of leadership development and performance initiatives.
• Develop engaging learning campaigns, mentoring programmes and employee‑engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal subject‑matter experts and external learning providers to create high‑quality learning experiences.
• Analyse programme performance through qualitative and quantitative reporting and recommend improvements.
• Identify emerging learning trends and integrate innovative approaches.
• Maintain and maximise use of the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS) to support personalised learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing learning and development programmes from design through delivery and evaluation.
• Strong programme‑management skills with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
• Ability to build relationships across senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Analytical mindset to assess learning outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
