About the role

As a Learning Experience Designer for Data Center Learning, you will create engaging training solutions that support Amazon's global data‑center workforce from onboarding through career development. The role is full‑time, office‑based, and focuses on translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs, Program Managers, and stakeholders to analyse learning needs and design solutions that drive measurable behavior change.
• Design and develop web‑based training, instructor‑led sessions, job aids, how‑to videos, and hands‑on assessments.
• Apply Agile and ADDIE methodologies to manage the full content development lifecycle.
• Use data and learner feedback to continuously improve content and identify portfolio gaps.
• Coach SMEs through the LXD process and support self‑service content development.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, track progress, and deliver quality content on time.
• Leverage AI‑assisted design tools to accelerate development and personalize learning.
• Create visually compelling assets such as graphics, illustrations, and multimedia elements.
