Learning Experience Designer

About the role

Amplify Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to create and embed learner‑centric solutions for infrastructure organisations. You will work closely with client teams and subject‑matter experts from needs analysis through go‑live, ensuring that learning and digital adoption resources are usable in the moment of need.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and learner requirements.
• Design and develop digital learning assets such as role‑based e‑learning modules, micro‑learning, interactive scenarios, and assessments.
• Apply multimedia design principles to produce clear, accessible, and interactive content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to guarantee content accuracy and relevance.
• Create user guides, video walkthroughs, job aids, and in‑application support (tooltips, guided flows).
• Deploy learning solutions within client tools to enable self‑sustaining adoption.
• Configure AI‑assisted learner support, e.g., SharePoint Knowledge AI bots or in‑system help features.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing learning experiences for adult learners.
• Hands‑on ability to own workstreams and make design judgments independently.
• Strong collaboration skills with client teams and subject‑matter experts.
• Focus on usability and embedding learning directly into daily workflows.

Required skills

• SharePoint (including Knowledge AI bot configuration)
