Legal Executive – Litigation

About the role

This position supports a senior partner in the Personal Injury / Medical Negligence department of a well‑known Irish law firm. The successful candidate will become the partner’s right‑hand, handling day‑to‑day litigation tasks and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Client and file management – progress files, update clients, resolve queries.
• Document review and proof‑reading to ensure accuracy and procedural compliance.
• Diary management for the partner and senior solicitor.
• Maintain the CRM system with up‑to‑date records and progress reports.
• Undertake ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a law firm, preferably as a career legal executive.
• Strong knowledge of litigation, ideally in personal injury or medical negligence.
• Genuine interest in medical‑related litigation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive, collegiate team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for case and client management.
