About the role
We are seeking a Legal Research Analyst to work remotely on a full‑time basis. In this position you will examine complex legal and regulatory frameworks, translate them into technical requirements, and support product development and compliance initiatives for a global software leader.
Key responsibilities
- Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
- Develop technical frameworks and tools that automate legal‑research workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to embed legal insights into product architecture.
- Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
- Draft technical documentation and guidelines ensuring product compliance with evolving legal standards.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
- Proven experience with legal research methodologies and regulatory analysis.
- Ability to convert legal concepts into clear technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
