Leisure Centre Receptionist

About the role

Join the Killashee Hotel team as a Leisure Centre Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for guests using the leisure facilities. You will ensure a warm welcome, smooth check‑in, and provide information about the centre’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and register all leisure centre guests.
• Answer telephone calls, manage filing, and operate the PA system.
• Sell accessories and input guest data into computer systems.
• Handle general enquiries about the hotel and local services.
• Process cash transactions and charge guest accounts accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area.
• Provide tours and detailed information on club facilities, services and opening hours.

Required profile

• Available to work Monday‑Sunday.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication, leadership, time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Reception experience is desirable.

Required skills

• Operation of a public address (PA) system.
• Computer data entry and basic software use.
• Cash handling and transaction processing.
