Licensing Lawyer – Associate Solicitor

About the role
Join a top-tier Irish law firm’s Licensing & Regulatory practice in Dublin, advising a diverse client base on licensing and regulatory investigations.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on licensing requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare and present court applications.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, advisers, and third parties to progress applications and resolve issues.
- Track licence conditions, renewal dates, and compliance obligations.
- Participate in business development initiatives and manage client relationships.
Required profile
- 1+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong background in licensing and EU/Irish regulatory frameworks within a medium to large commercial firm.
- Excellent commercial awareness and outstanding academic record.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
