Life400 Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Life400 Developer to design, build and support critical insurance applications for our customers and colleagues. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, helping modernise legacy platforms while ensuring the stability of core systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and support Life400 applications throughout all development phases.
• Analyse complex business requirements and production issues to deliver practical solutions.
• Deliver code changes following established development, testing and release processes.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, project managers and fellow developers to create robust software.
• Support testing activities by defining test scenarios and validating new or enhanced processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related IT discipline.
• Solid experience working with Life400 and AS400 environments.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and communicate technical concepts clearly to business partners.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
