Link Acquisition Specialist – Fully Remote (EU)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Link Acquisition Specialist to own and scale our backlink strategy for a fast‑growing SEO technology company. This fully remote position offers high autonomy, direct collaboration with the CEO, and the chance to shape processes that drive measurable organic growth across the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and scale high‑quality backlink strategies aligned with long‑term organic growth goals.
• Assess website quality and link profiles using metrics such as Domain Rating, Domain Authority and organic traffic.
• Manage end‑to‑end email and text outreach campaigns to secure placements on authoritative, relevant sites.
• Build, maintain and nurture a network of publishers, media partners and webmasters with full autonomy.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to align link acquisition efforts with broader SEO product objectives.
• Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance and its impact on organic visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated link‑building experience, preferably in SEO agencies, SaaS, iGaming or affiliate marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to look beyond vanity metrics and evaluate genuine link relevance.
• Exceptional written English communication skills and a proven track record in outreach and negotiation.
• Highly organized self‑starter comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced remote startup environment.
• Legal residency and work authorization in an EU country.
