Link Building Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Link Building Specialist to join our remote SEO team. You will execute outreach‑focused campaigns that acquire high‑quality backlinks, directly influencing client rankings and traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant prospects and websites for outreach.
• Qualify sites to ensure alignment with client SEO strategies.
• Execute outreach processes and generate link‑building opportunities.
• Onboard new websites into internal systems and workflows.
• Upload and maintain accurate data in email tools, Google Sheets, and dashboards.
• Manage operational communication and respond to campaign‑related emails.
• Ensure consistency and precision in data tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience with G‑Suite tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO platforms such as Ahrefs.
• Ability to follow structured processes with high accuracy.
• Reliable computer, stable internet, headset and microphone.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort handling high‑volume, metrics‑driven tasks.
• Nice to have: 2+ years of SEO experience and prior outreach work.
