Lobby Assistant – Full Time

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Lobby Assistant to join Junction 14’s front‑of‑house team. Working full‑time on‑site, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and play a key role in delivering a welcoming and spotless environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring they leave with a positive impression.
• Provide accurate information about the company and answer visitor queries.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the lobby, restrooms and surrounding areas.
• Support the wider team by contributing ideas and helping where needed.
