Lobby Assistant – Full‑Time

About the role

Junction 14 is looking for a friendly and proactive Lobby Assistant to join our team on a full‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome, helpful information and a clean, comfortable environment throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, creating a positive first impression.
• Provide accurate information about the company and answer visitor queries.
• Maintain a spotless lobby, toilets and surrounding areas to the highest hygiene standards.
• Support the wider team by contributing ideas and helping where needed.
• Ensure premium pay eligibility by being available for Sunday and night shifts when required.
