Locum Senior House Officer – Obstetrics & Gynaecology (Drogheda)

About the role

We are seeking a locum Senior House Officer in Obstetrics & Gynaecology to join Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda from 1 June to 12 July 2026. This temporary position offers the opportunity to deliver obstetric and gynaecological care within a busy Irish hospital setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide obstetrics and gynaecology clinical services as a Senior House Officer.
• Participate in patient assessments, labour ward duties, and outpatient clinics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.

Required profile

• Valid IMC registration.
• Right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Minimum six months experience in a similar SHO role in the UK or Ireland.

Required skills

• Clinical competence in obstetrics and gynaecology.
