Logistics & Inventory Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics & Inventory Clerk to support our global manufacturing organisation’s supply chain from our Dublin South hub. The role combines inbound logistics coordination with day‑to‑day inventory management, ensuring accurate stock records and smooth movement of goods across international sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments from overseas manufacturing sites and external suppliers, verifying goods against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Process goods receipts, maintain supporting documentation, and liaise with freight providers, warehouse partners and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system, handling receipts, transfers, adjustments and regular cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, monitor stock levels and support replenishment activities.
• Produce logistics and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and update ERP data (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Operations and international manufacturing teams.
• Adhere to health, safety, quality and compliance standards in all receiving and inventory processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, inventory, supply chain or warehouse administration, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment (3 days on‑site, 2 days remote).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
