Logistics & Order Management Coordinator (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Order Management Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination of customer orders, transport planning, inventory management and operational support for a leading energy organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery.
• Schedule deliveries and liaise with customers, transport providers and internal teams.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain efficient stock management.
• Support daily logistics operations and keep schedules on track.
• Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries and logistics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and analyse logistics data.
• Assist with forecasting, process improvements and maintaining operational procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to deliver exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, operations, order management or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive approach with confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
