Logistics & Site Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Our client, a leading Irish property developer, is delivering a landmark multi‑phase development in west Dublin. They are seeking a Logistics Manager/Site Manager to act as the central coordination point for three main contractors working simultaneously on site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and site‑wide activities across multiple contractors.
• Plan and manage site access, deliveries and traffic movements.
• Facilitate communication between contractors to ensure efficient programme delivery.
• Identify and resolve interface issues before they impact progress.
• Monitor housekeeping, site organisation and shared working areas.
• Attend coordination meetings and work closely with the developer’s project team.
• Support safe and efficient day‑to‑day site operations.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience on large construction projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Practical understanding of site logistics and sequencing.
• Ability to coordinate multiple parties in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative approach with confidence to engage senior site teams.
