Maintenance Contracts Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Maintenance Contracts Manager to join our Dublin office. The role ensures that service level agreements are met and that maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems are delivered to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client requirements and act as the primary contact for allocated accounts.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle from quotation to delivery and completion.
• Plan and control both preventive and reactive maintenance on a wide range of building services systems.
• Coordinate procurement of plant, equipment and specialist resources.
• Liaise with purchasing, clients and internal teams to ensure SLAs and scope of works are fulfilled.
• Attend monthly review meetings, site visits and performance monitoring sessions.
• Ensure all documentation complies with QMS ISO 9001:2015.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a construction or maintenance environment.
• Fully qualified electrician with experience in commercial buildings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and conduct KPI reviews.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience with Permit‑to‑Work systems.
