Maintenance Technician (Calibration & E&I)

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team and ensure the reliability of key manufacturing instrumentation. The role focuses on calibration activities, preventive maintenance, and compliance with regulatory standards across our production facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Perform scheduled calibrations of manufacturing equipment and complete all related documentation.
- Raise deviations and change controls in the Trackwise system as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with critical instrumentation.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks and manage work orders in SAP/CMMS.
- Coordinate external contractors for specialized calibration work.
- Support safety initiatives and maintain an injury‑free workplace.
- Identify opportunities to improve calibration capability and reduce reliance on external providers.
- Ensure all activities meet regulatory standards such as FDA, IMB, HSA, and EPA.
- Develop and implement efficiency improvement projects and manage critical spare parts inventory.
- Handle administrative duties including purchase orders and calibration certificate filing.
Required profile
- Completed an Instrumentation, Electrical or E&I apprenticeship.
- Extensive experience in equipment calibration.
- Additional calibration certification preferred for electrically qualified candidates.
