Maintenance Technician – Night Shift (Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join PCI’s manufacturing site in Stamullen, County Meath. This permanent night‑shift position (12‑hour shifts, 7 pm‑7 am, Monday‑Wednesday) ensures that equipment and plant operate safely, efficiently and in compliance with GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform machine change‑overs, address stoppages and breakdowns within target times to minimise production loss.
• Carry out planned routine maintenance and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to an expert level.
• Program PLCs and support technically‑driven projects to improve or create new processes.
• Design, develop and implement equipment modifications, including MOC documentation and validation.
• Lead A3 problem‑solving activities and root‑cause analysis for major issues.
• Maintain clean, tidy and secure maintenance areas and ensure safe work practices.
• Complete all required documentation such as tooling logs, PPM sheets and change‑over records.
