Manager, Go-To-Market Enablement

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Manager, Go‑To‑Market Enablement to lead the Sales Performance Consultant (SPC) team for International Markets, with a focus on APAC and EMEAL regions. This hybrid role will combine strategic translation of global enablement programs into locally‑relevant actions with hands‑on coaching of a field‑facing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Performance Consultants delivering last‑mile field enablement across APAC and EMEAL markets.
• Translate globally‑scaled enablement initiatives into actionable, market‑specific steps while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Partner with Global Program Enablement teams and the Enablement Center of Excellence to ensure effective program rollout.
• Drive measurable improvements in seller effectiveness, ramp‑to‑productivity, pipeline quality, and revenue growth.
• Collect and convey the Voice of the Field to shape future enablement priorities.

Required profile

• Proven people‑leadership experience managing enablement or sales performance teams.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in diverse international markets, adapting to different languages and selling cultures.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with global program and product teams.
• Track record of delivering measurable business impact through enablement initiatives.
