Manager, Transaction Management – EMEA

About the role

The Transaction Management Lead reports to the Regional Real Estate Delivery Lead and is responsible for executing end‑to‑end real estate transactions across the EMEA region, supporting business strategy and portfolio optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute real estate transactions including leases, renewals, expansions and dispositions.
• Manage transactions through the full lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure all deals meet financial targets and align with business and portfolio strategy.
• Lead commercial negotiation and deal structuring.
• Partner with Real Estate, Facilities Management, EHSS and Global Security to translate demand into actionable transaction strategies.
• Deliver compliant, value‑driven real estate outcomes in line with governance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing corporate real estate transactions (leases, acquisitions, disposals).
• Ability to collaborate with business leaders and cross‑functional teams such as Real Estate, FM, EHSS and Security.
• Strong understanding of portfolio strategy, financial targets and governance.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
