Manufacturing IT Infrastructure Analyst (Contract)

About the role

This contract position supports critical manufacturing, laboratory and process‑automation environments for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. The role is hands‑on and focuses on infrastructure within a GMP/GxP regulated setting, rather than a traditional service‑desk function.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructure supporting manufacturing IT systems.
• Manage lifecycle activities, including hardware refreshes and software updates.
• Provide GxP‑compliant infrastructure support, including change control and validation tasks.
• Support MES and LIMS environments and ensure their reliable operation.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Digital Plant and Infrastructure teams on business‑critical projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting IT infrastructure in a GMP/GxP regulated environment (pharma, medical devices or similar).
• Hands‑on technical background with a focus on manufacturing and laboratory systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Limerick on a long‑term contract.
