Manufacturing Operator

About the role

AbbVie is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join its pharmaceutical production team. In this role you will contribute to the safe and efficient manufacturing of medicines, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and supporting product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly and inspection of components to meet final product and GMP specifications.
• Operate semi‑automated manufacturing equipment to produce finished product.
• Conduct and document in‑process quality checks on product and equipment.
• Move material to and from production lines to support workflow efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper PPE gowning practices.
• Assist with line changeover activities and set‑up/close‑out of work orders.
• Verify components and testing equipment to ensure correct labeling and packaging.
• Review and audit work order packets for accurate data entry and documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical.
• Understanding of GMP regulations and quality systems.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced, regulated setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
