Manufacturing Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Manufacturing Site Manager to lead our block and concrete products plant. The role combines operational oversight with demand‑driven production planning to ensure the site meets market needs efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the block manufacturing facility.
• Develop and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts.
• Monitor raw‑material supply, manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics for on‑time delivery.
• Maintain quality standards, enforce safety regulations and drive cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Lead and supervise site staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Analyse demand trends to optimise output and minimise waste.

Required profile

• Experience in block or concrete manufacturing or a related industry (training provided if needed).
• Knowledge of supply‑chain and demand‑planning concepts.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
• Relevant qualifications in supply & demand, economics, accounting or business management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERPNext for manufacturing site management.
