Market Development Representative – Hybrid (EMEA)

About the role

As a Market Development Representative (MDR) you will generate qualified opportunities for DocuSign across the EMEA region. Working in a hybrid setting, you will combine outbound prospecting with relationship building to drive new revenue and expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within a defined territory.
• Strategically plan and execute multi‑channel outbound prospecting (email, calls, social).
• Educate potential customers on DocuSign solutions and uncover business needs.
• Drive brand and product awareness in the UK/IE or broader EMEA markets.
• Schedule high‑impact appointments for Account Executives.
• Record and maintain prospect information in the CRM system.
• Balance cold calling, relationship development, and appointment setting.

Required profile

• 1+ years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with sales cycles and solution‑selling tactics.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, and core business applications.
• Track record of success in outbound sales (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Degree (LMBS/BA) or equivalent professional experience.
