Market Development Representative – UK/IE

About the role

As a Market Development Representative (MDR) you will generate qualified opportunities for DocuSign across the UK and Ireland, helping to expand the company’s presence in the region. This individual contributor role reports to the MDR Manager and focuses on outbound prospecting, brand awareness, and appointment setting.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create new business opportunities within a defined territory.
• Plan and execute a strategic outbound prospecting strategy using multiple channels.
• Educate potential customers on DocuSign solutions and uncover business needs.
• Drive brand and product awareness through regular email and call campaigns.
• Schedule high‑impact appointments for Account Executives.
• Record prospect information accurately in the CRM system.
• Balance cold calling, relationship development, and appointment setting.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of related sales or business development experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience with solution‑selling and sales cycles.
• Comfortable learning new technologies in a fast‑paced, AI‑first environment.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
