Marketing Associate (Growth & Creative)

About the role

This full‑time Marketing Associate position is designed for an ambitious early‑career marketer who wants to become a true full‑stack marketer. Based in the UK, the role is predominantly remote with occasional UK meet‑ups and industry events. You will work at the heart of a small, fast‑growing team, creating and launching campaigns while seeing the impact of your work from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Produce copy and creative assets, including graphics and video, for social media, emails and blogs.
• Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns across email, social and webinars, including tracking and ad performance.
• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities, support market research and brainstorm new initiatives.
• Maintain organic social channels, update website/CMS, build HubSpot landing pages and assist with event planning.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career marketer with 1‑2 years of experience.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.
• Proactive, curious self‑starter who brings ideas without being asked.
• Eagerness to learn across creative production, paid ads, website updates and strategy.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar design tool)
• HubSpot
• WordPress
• Google Analytics
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Gemini (optional)
