Marketing Associate

About the role

Positive Carbon is a Dublin‑based startup that uses AI and computer‑vision sensors to measure food waste in commercial kitchens. We are looking for a Marketing Associate to create the sales‑enablement assets that help our team demonstrate cost‑saving opportunities, build compelling business cases, and turn pilot projects into full roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales‑enablement materials such as presentations, data sheets, case studies, and ROI calculators.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and partner teams to translate technical sensor data into clear commercial messaging.
• Support partner marketing initiatives and co‑create content for joint campaigns.
• Analyse market trends in hospitality, education, and workplace catering to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in building business cases that quantify food‑cost leakage and projected profit uplift.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing, preferably in sustainability or food‑service sectors.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving startup environment and enjoys working closely with founders.
• Passion for measurable impact on climate and business profitability.
