Marketing Executive – Digital & Content Focus

About the role

Prosperous Financial is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the execution of digital marketing activities, content creation and client‑engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Financial Services, you will help maintain and grow the company’s online presence across social platforms and the corporate website.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, creation and delivery of marketing campaigns on digital and social media channels.
• Maintain a structured content calendar, schedule posts and ensure deadlines are met.
• Track performance metrics, analyse engagement results and report findings.
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, including copy, visuals and short‑form video.
• Update and manage website content to keep the site user‑friendly and up‑to‑date.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital client touchpoints and the online booking/enquiry process.
• Coordinate with external marketing agencies and support internal communications across the business.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role or internship.
• Experience in financial or professional services is desirable but not essential.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media and content creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required skills

• Social media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok.
• Content management system (CMS) for website updates.
• Basic video editing for short‑form content.
• Copywriting and visual content creation.
