Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join a fast‑paced international marketing team based in Ireland. You will help turn strategic plans into multi‑channel campaigns that deliver measurable business results while working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing and communications plans, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously, tracking progress across cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal MarComms teams and external vendors to align messaging and deliver assets on schedule.
• Contribute to copywriting, content editing, and creative brief development for campaigns.
• Assist in producing ROI and performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Creative mindset with initiative to suggest campaign improvements.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools: Excel, Word, Outlook.
