Marketing Executive

About the role

Exaktera, a global leader in photonics technologies, is seeking a Marketing Executive to support its three product brands – Advanced Illumination, ProPhotonix and Z‑LASER. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborating with brand Marketing Managers, you will drive digital and traditional marketing initiatives that align with the company’s messaging and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns using Pardot.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including regular blog and post updates to promote product launches, events, and other initiatives.
• Create, curate and publish high‑quality, engaging content for target audiences across Exaktera, ProPhotonix and Advanced Illumination.
• Monitor and report on key metrics (open rates, click‑through rates, etc.) and recommend data‑driven adjustments.
• Segment audiences based on demographics, behaviour and engagement data to ensure timely, relevant communications.
• Manage and maintain social media communications for all three brands.
• Conduct the company’s Customer Satisfaction Survey, analyse results and present findings.
• Collaborate on strategic and marketing communications projects using both digital and traditional channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from marketing data.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
