Marketing Executive – Residential Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our growing residential development team in Dublin. This full‑time, office‑based role reports to the Marketing Manager and will support the launch and promotion of new property projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing strategies for new and existing residential developments.
• Coordinate campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, outdoor media and property portals.
• Assist with development launches from pre‑launch through to sell‑out.
• Manage website updates and digital campaigns on platforms such as Google, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Produce and coordinate marketing materials including brochures, signage, photography and video.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities.
• Support show‑house launches and collaborate with internal sales teams and external agents.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience within property, construction or a related sales role.
• Proven experience launching marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work closely with sales teams and external partners.
