Marketing Manager

About the role

Ohme is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for the Irish market. Based in Cork, you will own the local strategy, drive demand generation and build brand awareness for our smart‑grid EV charging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute all marketing initiatives for Ireland, including multi‑channel demand generation campaigns.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns to generate leads, grow the sales pipeline and acquire customers.
• Strengthen Ohme’s brand through events, PR, industry engagement and co‑marketing with partners such as energy providers and automotive retailers.
• Manage Irish website content, marketing collateral and local messaging.
• Track, analyse and report on performance metrics, providing insights to inform the broader European marketing strategy.

Required profile

• 4+ years of marketing experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end campaigns from planning to optimisation.
• Experience working in a small or standalone marketing function, making independent decisions.
• Strong demand‑generation expertise across digital, content, email, events and lead‑generation activities.
• Digital native comfortable with AI‑driven approaches.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with AI applications in marketing.
