Marketing Manager

About the role

CCS Cleaning is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead its digital growth and enhance the company’s market presence. This full‑time position will own online initiatives, improve brand perception, and turn marketing activities into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B digital marketing, demand‑generation, and brand‑management strategies.
• Manage website content, SEO, local SEO, paid and organic social campaigns, and email marketing.
• Create high‑quality content, case studies, campaign assets, and sales collateral.
• Work with CRM systems to track leads, ensure accurate reporting, and support sales teams.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, operations, and external partners to align marketing with commercial goals.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, energetic, and commercially minded professional.
• Experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, brand management or growth marketing.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross‑functional teams.
• Background in facilities management, cleaning, property, retail, hospitality or multi‑site services is a plus.
