Marketing Operations Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to own the end‑to‑end tracking, measurement and optimisation of our marketing funnel. Based in Ireland, you will work closely with RevOps, Marketing and Sales to ensure data consistency and drive revenue insights in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance marketing analytics infrastructure (GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, HubSpot, paid‑media pixels).
• Build, maintain and optimise dashboards for funnel performance, campaign ROI, SEO impact and paid acquisition efficiency.
• Manage HubSpot operations: workflows, lead routing, segmentation, scoring and lifecycle automation.
• Oversee lead data quality, enrichment, validation and synchronization across tools such as Clay, HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Support and execute attribution modelling (first‑touch, last‑touch, linear) and manual attribution when required.
• Design and run A/B testing setups, including event tracking, data‑layer configuration and result analysis.
• Monitor website and funnel performance, flag anomalies and recommend optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics or RevOps within a SaaS or digital business.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with HubSpot workflow and automation features.
• Solid experience implementing conversion tracking with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Good understanding of the B2B SaaS funnel (MQL, SQL, Opportunity, Revenue).
• Experience with A/B testing tools and experimentation methodologies.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to work aligned with US Eastern or Pacific time zones.
