Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a fast‑moving, remote‑first organization based in Ireland. You will act as the operational backbone of the marketing team, turning strategy into successful multi‑channel campaigns and cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events, and brand initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and task tracking across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Collaborate with Community Management, Social Media, Creative, PPC, SEO, CRM, VIP Marketing, Promotions, Acquisition, and Retention teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate stand‑ups, project meetings, and status updates to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers, and implement proactive solutions.
• Support marketing leadership by translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, budgets, milestones, and capacity using tools such as Jira or Notion.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing project management, operations, or coordination.
• Experience in iGaming, esports, gaming, or a similarly fast‑paced digital industry is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings, track action items, and drive accountability.
