Mechanical Project Engineer – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join a leading contractor delivering high‑profile Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Commercial projects across Dublin. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of large‑scale mechanical installations, from design coordination through to commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design coordination and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Manage procurement activities for mechanical equipment and materials.
• Supervise installation teams and monitor progress on site.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to meet client standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with a mechanical contractor.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale mechanical installations.
• Experience in Data Centre, Pharma, Industrial or Commercial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of design coordination, procurement and commissioning processes.
