Media Measurement and Performance Executive

About the role

The Media Measurement and Performance Executive will enable data‑led media effectiveness across dunnhumby’s retail media ecosystem. Working within the Media team, you will collaborate with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class measurement, insights and performance optimisation for campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Own the management and optimisation of Sponsored Search & Browse campaigns to ensure best‑in‑class execution.
• Support the development and application of measurement frameworks across digital and in‑store media channels.
• Deliver insights, reporting and performance analysis to clients and internal teams.
• Partner with commercial, planning and strategy teams to embed measurement best practices.
• Contribute to learning agendas, testing plans and training materials for clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking combined with media knowledge.
• Proven experience in digital media, performance marketing or retail media environments.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Track record of working with cross‑functional teams including sales, strategy and product.
• Success in stakeholder management, including presenting insights to clients or agencies.
