Media Quality & Design Coordinator

About the role

The Media Quality & Design Coordinator will support the Creative Studios team at Dublin Business School, ensuring high‑quality multimedia learning content across the college. The role involves quality assurance, content design, and continuous improvement of processes, working closely with lecturers, support staff and the Centre for Learning Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on multimedia content at various development stages and coordinate QA activities with the Creative Studios Lead.
• Define and promote best‑practice standards for design, accessibility and learner‑centred multimedia assets.
• Design and implement processes and procedures to assure content quality and maintain templates, catalogues and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with lecturers and staff to create audiovisual assets such as slide decks, videos, posters, transcripts and captions.
• Report on quality‑related activity, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and support adoption of emerging technologies and AI in education.
• Contribute to team culture, assist with onboarding new members and foster a collaborative, inclusive working environment.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong attention to detail and an intuitive sense of visual and instructional quality.
• Ability to balance speed of delivery with high standards of perfection.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work with academic and support staff.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and innovation.
• Interest in emerging educational technologies and AI.
