About the role

Join TELUS International’s AI Community as a Media Search Analyst, working remotely from anywhere in Ireland. You will enjoy a flexible schedule while using a web‑based evaluation tool to assess a wide range of digital media content.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of music, video, books, podcasts and home‑pod media categories.
• Analyze search results for App Store content and validate query accuracy and intent.
• Research using online tools to evaluate relevance and purpose of task‑related information for the Irish market.
• Adapt to diverse task types, including news, audio, and relevance evaluations.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Resident in Ireland for at least the past year.
• Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Ireland.
• Apple ID email address and experience with Apple products.
• Interest in trends across applications, music, and video, and strong internet‑research skills.
• Reliable broadband connection, computer and relevant software.
• Independent, detail‑oriented and strong communication abilities.
• High‑school diploma or higher preferred, but exceptional talent considered.
